Depression Class

Managing your mood is easier than you think!

Depression is a serious psychological disorder that can keep us feeling on the sidelines of life. Depression can leave us feeling hopeless, weak, and uninterested in activities that used to bring us joy and meaning. Depression can effect the way we eat or sleep, and it can put stress on our closest relationships. This 10-week psychoeducational program is designed to teach you the skills necessary to overcome depression.
